Happy New Year from SHINE on Medicare Any one who finds themselves in a Medicare Advantage plan, HMO or PPO, can change back to Original Medicare & choose a Part D drug plan. No other changes can be made at this time. The time frame is January 1st - February 14, no exceptions.
