***NEW PROGRAM*** - "MUSCLE MAGIC"

"MUSCLE MAGIC" - This is a new program for the Community Center! It is a 35 minute work out for EVERYONE that wants to strengthening your muscles and get your heart moving. You can work out as gently or aggressively as you would like. It is a great workout for ages 15 to 115! Come join our enthusiastic instructor - Debbie Kramer WHEN: Starts January 5, 2017 from 9:00am-9:45am (10 minute cool down). WHERE: Pomona Park's Community Center, 200 E. Main St. EVERY THURSDAY - But we just KNOW you are going to demand twice a week! Give it a try. If I weren't working, I would do it for sure!!!
