LEARN TO DRAW REALISTIC "FUR & FEATHERS"
Arts Council announces our next opportunity to experience colored pencil class with Bill Shoemaker. Class will be held on Saturday July 23, 2016 from 9am to 4:00pm with a break for lunch. Classes are held at the Larimer Arts Center located at 216 Reid St., Palatka in the lower level teaching area. Early registration is recommended as class size is limited and fills up quickly.
